At Razzano Homes and Remodelers, we believe the foundation of every successful remodel or new build starts with clarity and mutual commitment. Once you’ve completed your initial consultation and feel confident in moving forward with our team, Step Two in our Design Process begins: signing the Design Agreement.

What Happens in Step Two?
This phase formalizes our working relationship and outlines everything needed to bring your project to life, from creative concepts to detailed selections and pricing estimates.

Here’s what you can expect:

1. Sign the Design Agreement
Depending on your project type, you will sign one of our Design Agreement Forms:
Design agreement fees vary depending on project scope:
•     Kitchen or Bath (Non-Structural)
•     Kitchen or Bath (Structural)
•     Additions
•     New Home Builds
💡 All Design Agreement fees are due in full at the time of signing.
Good news:
•     If your project is a non-structural kitchen or bath, your entire design fee will be credited if you choose us for construction.
•     For structural kitchens/baths, additions, or home builds, we’ll deduct 50% of your design fee from your final construction contract if you move forward with us.

2. Signatures and Deposit
Both the Razzano team member and you, the client, will sign the agreement. Once signed, your deposit is processed, and a copy is sent to our internal team to keep everything on track.

3. Schedule All Design Meetings
Before wrapping up this step, we’ll set appointments for the full design journey ahead, including:
•     Scope & Discovery Visit (at your home/site)
•     Plan Review & Selection Meeting (at our showroom)
•     Design Selections Meeting (at our showroom)
•     Final Presentation & Estimation Delivery (at our showroom)
This keeps your project moving forward without unnecessary delays.

4. Job Folder Creation
Behind the scenes, we’re hard at work:
•     A Job Folder is created, complete with a checklist to ensure nothing is overlooked.

After the Design Agreement is complete, the next step is your Scope and Discovery appointment—an on-site visit to explore your space, take measurements, and begin shaping the possibilities.
